2017 has been busy!
- I just returned from a flavor trip to India, where I took an individual cooking lesson from two of the chefs at a the Fort Palace Hotel in Neemrana.
- In the kitchen, I have been cooking up comfort foods -- making healthier versions of your favorite Turkey Meatballs, Shepherds Pie, and Chocolate "Secrete Spinach" cupcakes. Check out my NEW MENUS
- Outside of the kitchen, I've enjoyed some corporate speaking events at local Chicago businesses.
- Thanks to you, I got ranked #1 Best Personal Chef in Chicago by both Thumbtack and Yelp.

I just got back from an incredible week in India. I toured the North, visiting the Taj Mahal, Amber Fort, and beautiful architecture in the Golden Triangle from Delhi to Jaipur. Between the site-seeing, I squeezed in some food adventures:
