Southern Dolmades? Of course

Dolmades are a traditional Greek dish of grape leaves, wrapped around a spiced filling with meat and rice, and served with a yogurt dipping sauce.

This inspiration came from Chef Vivian Howard, owner and chef at Chef and the Farmer, who you can watch weekly on A Chef's Life.  

Southern Dolmades

Join me in the kitchen with my own take: turnip greens, wrapped around a filling of Carolina rice, raisins, and pecans.  Served with a sweet potato puree.
